Thank you for shopping at CritterHub! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us via our contact us page with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.


2. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to change of mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and replacement costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable or consumable items (such as pet food, treats, or supplements).

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless they are damaged or faulty.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty).

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via our contact us page with photos and your order details, and we’ll send a replacement if eligible.
