Thank you for shopping at CritterHub! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair shipping cost.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when it has shipped.

  • During busy periods or sales, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

(Please note: these are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.)


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can use this to follow your package’s progress online.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
🇦🇺 Australia (all states and territories)
🌏 Select international destinations — please check at checkout to confirm availability.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our contact us page
We’ll work with the courier to locate your package or issue a replacement where applicable.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items.


7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
